Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations
When you book your appointment, that appointment time is solely for you and cannot be booked by anyone else. Please if you cannot make that appointment for any reason we ask that you contact us by phone as soon as possible so we can offer it to the next person.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Appointments are limited and your advanced notice is appreciated to allow another client access to that appointment time.
Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, if you are running late for your appointment, we will still try our best to provide your treatment unless there is not enough time between yourself and the next client. Otherwise, your treatment will only run until the original booking finish time, and you will be charged the full fee.
Early Arrivals
If you arrive early for your appointment please could we ask that you either in reception in the gym or seating is available outside the studio until your booked appointment time, this allows us time to have the room cleaned and ready for your treatment. Please ring on the bell at the reception & one of our kind team will see that you are shown to the studio. Please also do feel free to text me to let me know when you have arrived.
Payment
Payment can be paid via bank transfer prior to your treatment, via invoice after your forms have been submitted.
COVID-19 Advice/Flu
Before you leave your home, please check your temperature, and consider if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. If you are, please postpone or cancel your appointment.
By agreeing to treatment, you agree with the following statements:
There has not been in contact with anyone with COVID-19, in the last 14 days, to your knowledge.
There have not been any symptoms: dry cough, temp over 37.8°C, loss of smell and/or taste.
Should you contract the virus, you must inform the therapist as soon as possible so we can re-schedule.
A consultation form will be emailed for completion before the visit.
If you are an existing client, there will be a short update consultation, just to make us aware of any changes in health etc.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any drinks, please feel free to bring your own water bottle if needed.
The massage table will have been thoroughly disinfected in between clients and the treatment room suitably ventilated. The towels are all laundered and clean for every client.
When the massage is over, please leave all the towels on the massage table.
Please make us aware if you have received your covid vaccine, flu or booster injection within 48hrs of you treatment, it is advised that the minimum amount of time after having the vaccine & before having massage is at least 48hrs.
